Providence Wave Group offers two intentionally designed internship programs that support hands-on contributions across MVP development, research & development (R&D), and go-to-market (GTM) execution, while creating structured, transparent pathways for individuals looking to grow in a mission-driven startup environment.
Our internship programs are built to accommodate diverse backgrounds, career stages, and learning paths—from final-semester students seeking academic credit to multi-skilled individuals and career switchers looking to apply their experience in a fast-paced, collaborative setting. Each program has a clearly defined purpose, eligibility criteria, scope of work, and evaluation framework, ensuring alignment between participant expectations and business needs.
Participation in either program does not guarantee employment. Interns are evaluated through a performance-based framework that emphasizes communication, reliability, adaptability, and contribution. Both programs are operated with a strong commitment to fairness, transparency, compliance, and consistent application of standards, supporting responsible growth for both our team and our organization.
